Cancellation Policy

48+ Hours Before Check-in

Full refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations must be submitted via your dashboard or by contacting our team.

24–48 Hours Before Check-in

Refund of 50% of the total booking amount.

Less Than 24 Hours Before Check-in

No refund is available for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in.

No-Show

The full booking amount is forfeited in the event of a no-show without prior notification.

Modifications

Booking date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original check-in date. No modification fees apply.
